Fantastic and super friendly, not to mention quick service.

Incredible service all around, whether in the shop or online. Karen and Gary really went the extra mile to grab some puppy food for me when my partner was in the hospital and I totally forgot to pick up more dog food. They even opened up on a bank holiday and brought a bag of food right to my doorstep. I'm super happy to have such a great local pet store.

The initial delivery was speedy, but the quality of the monkey nuts was really poor. There was evidence of mold and a lot of dust, among other things. After several attempts to reach out via email, I finally got through and decided to give them a call. They were super polite and helped me get everything sorted, so now I'm pleased with the replacement order. Thanks again! I’d recommend them. Edit - I’m dropping a star because while going through the new bag, I spent a couple of hours sorting them out, and there were still quite a few bad ones left. But hey, it’s still an improvement over the first bag.

After bringing home a tiny pup from the litter who was a bit slow to gain weight, Lynette at Pets Pantry has been a tremendous help over the last few months. She’s guided us through various feeding techniques, suggested we weigh him weekly at the store, and provided advice on crate training. She even fitted him with a harness! Honestly, she’s been a treasure trove of information. Our little guy is putting on weight each month, feeling happy and healthy, and his toilet habits are improving too. It’s a small, independent shop with a ton of expertise from all the staff—truly a pet lover's paradise! Big thanks!!🐾

I've been a customer of Pets Pantry for quite a while now, and their customer service has always been top-notch. Items are consistently delivered on time, and just the other day, when my order had a mix-up because of my error, Gary really went above and beyond to fix it. I had the correct items delivered the very next morning.

Our Bengal has become a fan of the natural instinct raw food. Today, I spent three hours driving around to various spots, but none were as accommodating as Pets Pantry. They set aside their last tubs for our kitty and offered plenty of alternatives since natural instinct was in short supply. Our cat is one happy boy now, even trying to climb into the tub before it’s fully defrosted! I can’t say enough good things about their service. If I can help it, I won’t be shopping anywhere else in the future - they’ve definitely earned a loyal customer :)

This was my first time ordering, and I gotta say, the service was fantastic. I placed my order on Friday afternoon and it showed up Monday morning. My Samoyed pup is gonna be thrilled!

What a total waste of time! I ordered next day delivery, and here I am a week later with no package in sight. DPD kept pushing the delivery date back, day after day. Pets Pantry was also sending me daily messages about the delays, which just added to my frustration. I was really in need of that parrot food, and they had a note on their site about possible delays, but they still let me pay for next day delivery without mentioning it could take over a week! I called customer service, and the woman I spoke to barely offered an apology. She seemed more focused on getting her parcel back from DPD than helping me out, and I was not impressed when she finally agreed to give me a full refund. Super rude! So, if you need something in a hurry or at all, steer clear of Pets Pantry.

This is an awesome store right in the center of our town - I really can't praise the staff enough! They have excellent expertise, top-notch service, and a fantastic selection of products!

I tried this company for the first time and I’m sure I’ll be back. After not getting my order, I called them up and the customer service was top-notch. They were super helpful and sent out my order again, which showed up the very next day. I’ll definitely shop here again and tell my friends and family about it.

I've been relying on this company for our dog food for quite a while now. Their prices remain competitive, and they consistently deliver the next day, even during three lockdowns. I wouldn't choose anyone else at this point.

I'm just blown away! I placed an order for a Hurtta Harness yesterday, and it showed up via DPD bright and early today! I'm really amazed by how quick and smooth the shipping and delivery were, and you can bet I'll be shopping at Pets Pantry again!

These are truly the finest monkey nuts you can find on the internet. Badgers and squirrels are totally crazy for them! The squirrels only stash away the best nuts for winter, and let me tell ya, our two little furballs have hidden these premium monkey nuts all over the neighborhood gardens. 🐿🐿🦡🦡 Plus, the birds are fans too!
